Grades explained

Every unit on a spreadsheet carries a cosmetic grade. Grade is about how it looks; every grade works unless the sheet says otherwise.

  2. BGoodLight to moderate wear: scuffs or small scratches on the lid or base, some shine on keys. Nothing that affects use. Screen free of cracks. The most common grade in business stock.12,041 units today, 94%
  3. CFairVisible scratches, dents or marks on the casing, possible marks on the screen. Fully functional, priced for resale where looks matter less, or for refurbishment.404 units today, 3%
  4. DAs describedHeavy damage, missing parts or a known fault, recorded against the unit on the spreadsheet. Sold for parts, repair or refurbishment, exactly as listed.11 units today

Questions we get asked

Is the lot still available?
Every lot for sale is checked each morning, and sold lots come off the list. When you order, we confirm the lot is still available before it is dispatched.
Can I collect?
No. We deliver only, so we cannot accept collections on any order.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, anywhere in the world, including the UAE, Europe, Africa and the US. Message us with the destination and we send a delivery quote and a secure Stripe payment link.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout, through Stripe, for every order. Your invoice is emailed the moment payment clears. We do not offer credit or payment terms.
Are the machines BIOS locked?
No BIOS locks, unless the spreadsheet says otherwise. If a unit has a lock, it is written on that unit's row.
Do they come with chargers?
Most lots ship without chargers. The Charger column on each spreadsheet shows which units include one.
Can I return something?
Yes. If you are buying as a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and longer if something is faulty. Business buyers report anything dead on arrival within 7 days. How returns work
Can I buy part of a lot?
Lots are sold complete unless we agree otherwise. If you only need part of one, ask: sometimes it is possible.
How long does delivery take?
Insured post arrives whenever the carrier delivers. Orders of £2,000 and over come on our own delivery truck, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm; we cannot promise an exact time. Abroad depends on the destination and the logistics partner.
What do the grades mean?
A is close to new, B shows normal use, C has heavy cosmetic wear and D is sold as described. Read the full guide.
